Precautions when entering the library
・Be sure to wear a mask（You cannot use something that do not stick to your mouth, such as a mouth shield.）.
・A thermography camera is located in front of the entrance gate. We ask for your cooperation in detecting body temperature and confirming that you are wearing a mask.
・Please refrain from visiting if you have cold symptoms such as coughing, fever, or strong dullness.

　＊ In the Reading Room 4, you may remove a mask only while you are seated. But in the Reading Room 1 and Reading Room 3, you must be wearing a mask.

【Medical Library】
The use of the Group Study Room (3F) is suspended. And eating and drinking at the Browsing Corner (1F) is prohibited.

・We will restrict the use of some seats to avoid crowding of users. And, please refrain from using it for a long time (over about 2 hours). In addition, the doors and windows may be opened for ventilation.


Other precautions in the library
・Please refrain from talking in the library, wash your hands often, and keep a social distance with other users. And, please be sure to disinfect your hands with the alcohol installed at the library entrance or inside.
・We oblige our staff at the counter wearing masks to prevent infection. In addition, we have installed the protective equipment on the counter to prevent splash infection.
・At the Central Library, sprays and paper towels for disinfecting seats are installed in each reading room and at the entrance to Learning Commons. Feel free to use it.

Loan period is 2 weeks for students and 30 days for faculty and staff as usual.
To return materials, please use the always available return post (excluding audiovisual materials and other university library materials). Please let us know if it is difficult to return it. You can check the due date on MyLibrary.

【Medical Library】
Loan period is 2 weeks as usual.
