Notice of online journals

When using the electronic journal, please adhere to the following rules.

May be downloaded and printed for personal study and research purposes only. Downloading large amounts of data is not allowed. In particular, systematic (automated) downloading using programs, robots, spiders, crawlers, etc. is prohibited and is considered unauthorized use. (Using a web accelerator (speed-up utility) or unintentionally automatically downloading using a browser function (*) is also considered unauthorized use.) Even if the download is done manually, any large downloads that do not qualify as normal use (such as downloading all articles across multiple issues) will be considered abuse. Downloaded data can be saved for personal learning or research purposes. Modification of data or redistribution/storage to a third party is prohibited as it violates copyright and intellectual property rights.
